Row & Stitch ("the app") works offline and stores your projects, counters and settings only on your device.
Your projects, counters, notes and settings are stored on your device. There is no app account or sign-up. We do not receive the content of your projects.
The free version includes Google AdMob banner and rewarded ads. Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, other app interactions, crash logs and performance information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, diagnose problems, and improve its advertising services. This information may be shared with Google and its advertising partners. The app uses Google's consent flow (UMP) before requesting ads and may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission on iOS where applicable. If ATT is declined, the app requests non-personalized ads. The ad SDK can still process data needed for advertising, measurement and security. Ad availability and personalization may vary by region and device settings. Paid Pro users do not see ads in the app.
The optional Pro unlock is processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment information.
Project backups are exported by you, to a destination you choose. We never receive them.
If you use this website's support form, we receive the email address, subject and message you provide. Web3Forms processes these requests and keeps submissions on its servers for 30 days under this form's configured retention setting. The form uses hCaptcha to help prevent spam. These providers may process technical information such as IP address and browser details for security and delivery. Our support inbox may retain the correspondence while needed to handle your request; the 30-day setting applies to Web3Forms submissions, not the entire support email exchange. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information.
